Shipping Policy

Each Alchemised Elements box is individually curated and prepared specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of this process, orders require preparation time before they are ready to ship.

Processing & Curation Time

Please allow 7-14 business days for your box to be curated, intentionally prepared, packaged, and ready for shipment.

Each box is created individually rather than on a fixed production schedule. Depending on your intention and the practices I choose for your pieces, I may allow time for a particular natural cycle, astrological event, environment, or ritual to become part of their preparation. This time is intentionally built into the process so your box is never created from a place of urgency.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your box begins its journey to you.

U.S. Shipping

Alchemised Elements currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Carrier delivery estimates begin once your package has been shipped and are not guaranteed by Alchemised Elements.

Launch Special — Free Shipping

During the launch special, eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. Any available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact alchemisedelements@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped, I will do my best to update the address. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, I cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside of my control.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, or your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier and alchemisedelements@gmail.com so I can help you determine the appropriate next steps.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact alchemisedelements@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the package and damaged items.
