Refund policy

Each Alchemised Elements box is individually curated and prepared based on the intentions and information provided by the person ordering. Because of the personalized nature of this process, custom-curated boxes are final sale once the curation process has begun and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact alchemisedelements@gmail.com as soon as possible. If I have not yet begun sourcing or curating your box, I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, you receive the incorrect item, or there is another issue with your order, contact alchemisedelements@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. I’ll review it and work with you to make it right.

Because crystals are natural materials, variations in color, shape, texture, inclusions, and other characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
